The roofers were great, too, but the only real interaction with them was the occasional thumbs up to them as they stood on our roof. J The window crew, on the other hand, were in and out of our house for two days so we were able to experience firsthand just how pleasant and professional they were. We are impressed with how efficiently both jobs were completed and the clean-up afterwards.

Your staff has been so helpful with the entire process. Keith Brandemihl went out of his way to assist us in choosing the best windows for our home, ensuring that all windows were ordered, keeping in touch with us on the scheduled date of installation, and visiting us upon the installation of the windows themselves, such as having a window sash replaced with one that would open, and contacting the manufacturer to order some missing handles.

Your team of installers, led by Russ, did an outstanding job of replacing our old windows with the new Pellas. The installation team was efficient, neat, quiet, and very careful to not damage anything on our house. We have had quite a bit of work done on our house this past year, and Russ and his team were by far, the most professional. When they finished, the windows and trim matched the rest of the house.

We'd like to personally thank the installation team of Russ, Ken, Ed and Andrew.
